We will perform scheduled security maintenance on the databases that support Jive Cloud, Jive Hosted, Jive integrations, StreetSmart, Tradebeam iSupply, Placeable and ScaleArc on Sunday 25 October 2026, between 06:00 and 11:00 UTC (01:00–06:00 US Central / 06:00–11:00 UK).

During this window, these services may be unavailable for short periods while the databases restart. For StreetSmart, Tradebeam iSupply, Placeable and Jive Cloud, this adds up to about 45 minutes in total, spread over several short restarts. For the other services, it is up to about 20 minutes. Services will reconnect automatically and no action is needed on your side.
